The lodge was absolutely beautiful and very clean. the bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. We also loved the grounds and lakes, perfect for walking our dog and interacting with the animals. the location was ideal, with a nearby high lodge and only a 15-minute drive to Thetford. We can't wait to return and try out one of the hot tub lodges.
There were a few downsides to our stay. there wasn't enough tissue provided, with only one roll given.

The tranquility of the surroundings made us feel at peace and relaxed throughout our entire stay. The cabin we stayed in was immaculate and had all the comforts and amenities we could ask for. The private hot tub, adorned with fairy lights, was a truly magical touch that added a touch of romance to our anniversary celebration. The owners, Paddy, Lisa, and their family, were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The little touches, such as the heart-shaped petals on our bed and the bottle of bubbly, made our stay even more special. We also appreciated the unlimited wood supply for the hot tub, allowing us to enjoy it to the fullest during our three-night stay. The location of the cabins was also convenient, with a nice walk nearby and the town of Thetford within easy reach. We cannot recommend Wildflower Meadow Cabins enough and will certainly be back for another memorable stay.
While our overall experience was exceptional, we did encounter a couple of minor issues. The cleanliness of the cabin, particularly the bed, was a letdown.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, always eager to help with any requests or questions we had. the cleanliness of the property was impressive, and the peaceful atmosphere made for a relaxing weekend getaway. We also appreciated the fact that pets were allowed, as our two dogs were able to join us and enjoy themselves.
The water in the shower never got very hot, and the picnic table outside was rusty. the on-site café did not allow dogs, so we had to drive to find places to eat and get provisions.
